Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician to support Remote Dispensing Pharmacy operations across the market. You will work under Pharmacist supervision, perform daily pharmacy tasks, ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, and uphold SOPs while delivering compassionate patient care.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year Pharmacy Technician experience or CVS Pharmacy Technician background, and National Certification (PTCB/ExCPT).

Qualifications

• 1+ years full‑time experience as a Pharmacy Technician or CVS Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required or pursued.
• Ability to work under pharmacist supervision and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with remote dispensing operations and prescription fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate counting, labeling, inventory, and controlled substances handling.
• Deliver empathetic patient interactions and escalate issues as needed.
• Support immunization services and other clinical tasks per training.
