Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) with effective pay increasing up to $210/hour for shorter visit times; top earners reach $260K+ yearly. 15–20 hours weekly suits this role.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Willingness to work 15+ hours weekly across four days.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within policy; buprenorphine allowed for MOUD per policy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
