Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team. Work from anywhere with a structured weekly framework and no traditional office overhead.

Compensation is per completed consult, with hourly equivalents increasing as visit times shorten. Expect 15–20 hours per week across at least four days, collaborative support from a provider team, and coverage for malpractice under a comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX) and willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week, with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within regulatory guidelines (buprenorphine for opioid use disorder possible).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
