Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join a fully virtual telemedicine team.

Physicians set their own visit schedules, work from anywhere, and operate without traditional office overhead, supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support staff. Compensation is performance-based, with $35 per completed consult, $105/hour for standard 20-minute visits, and up to $210/hour for shorter visit times.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses (licensing costs covered by QuickMD).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C-Substances except buprenorphine for MOUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
