Job summary

QuickMD is a leading virtual care provider delivering care across 44 states. Physicians set their own weekly schedule, work from anywhere, and operate with streamlined EMR and provider support. Compensation is per completed consult and hourly options, with upside as visit times vary.

We welcome physicians licensed in at least five states, with QuickMD covering licensing costs. The role offers independence, no office overhead, and onboarding support as part of a growing telemedicine program.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days; schedule in advance.
• Active DEA registration and state CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and treatment decisions.
• Build therapeutic doctor–patient relationships with patients.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed; support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications; note QuickMD does not prescribe certain controlled substances except buprenorphine where allowed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
