Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual team. Backgrounds in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care are welcome, with work from anywhere and no traditional office overhead.

Physicians provide high-quality virtual care, with schedules submitted one week in advance. Our compensation is per visit, with top earners achieving six-figure incomes and ongoing credentialing

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly, across at least four days per week, with schedules submitted one week in advance
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
