Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, seeks dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual team.

You'll set your own schedule within a weekly framework, earn per-consult compensation, and work with a supportive provider team; we cover licensing costs and streamline credentialing.

This role emphasizes addiction care and expanding access to care, requiring DEA registration and proficiency with EMR and telemedicine platforms.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five states (prefer AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Availability for at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding care to underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build strong doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications; QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
