This 1099 role offers per-visit compensation and potential earnings escalation as visit times shorten. Requires active licenses in five states, 15–20 hours per week, and a commitment to high-quality, accessible telemedicine for underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (fees covered)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessments and history reviews
• Prescribe medications and guide use (no opioids except buprenorphine for MOUD)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated on telehealth best practices
