Job summary

QuickMD operates a fully virtual telemedicine platform serving 44 states. We seek dedicated physicians licensed in at least five states to provide high‑quality care with flexible scheduling. All visits are virtual, with providers setting hours within a structured weekly framework.

Compensation is per consult ($35) with hourly equivalents ($105 for a 20‑minute visit, rising to $210 as visit times shorten). Independent contractor status (1099), onboarding support, and malpractice insurance are

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Active DEA registration.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week across four days.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
