Physicians set their own weekly schedule, work remotely, and receive compensation of $35 per completed consult, equating to about $105/hour for a standard 20-minute visit, with higher rates for shorter times.

Top earners exceed $260K annually. This fully virtual role requires active licensure in at least five states, with the option to expand licenses.

Formación

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across ≥4 days; schedules submitted a week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and state CSL where required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor–patient relationships.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide usage within policy (buprenorphine for OUD allowed).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
