Job summary

QuickMD is a fully remote telemedicine employer offering licensed physicians a flexible independent contractor role across the United States. You'll work 15–20 hours per week with a focus on addiction care and other telehealth services, delivering high-quality virtual consultations in a compliant, patient-centered manner.

Compensation is per visit ($35 per consult with 20-minute visits, rising with shorter times to as high as $210/hour); top earners exceed $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications within policy (no controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth advancements and best practices
