Job summary

QuickMD is hiring physicians for fully virtual practice across 44 states. You set your own schedule within a weekly framework, work remotely with no traditional office overhead, and are paid per completed consult.

Compensation scales with visit length from the standard $105/hour to higher rates as visit times shorten; top earners exceed $260K annually with 15–20 hours weekly. Applicants must hold medical licenses in at least five states and have DEA registration, telehealth experience, and

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preferred three or more: AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with schedules submitted one week in advance
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for MOUD)
• Collaborate with physicians,NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
