Job summary

QuickMD offers fully virtual medical visits and compensation for completing consultations. Physicians set their own schedule within a weekly framework and can work from anywhere, with per-visit pay and opportunities to increase hourly earnings as visit times shorten.

Licensed in at least five U.S. states, you’ll join a team providing addiction care and general telehealth services. A flexible, independent-contractor role emphasizes clinical excellence and patient access.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
