Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across multiple states. Physicians set their own visits within a structured weekly framework and operate as independent contractors, with support for credentialing and a streamlined EMR.

The role focuses on addiction care and broader telehealth services, requiring the ability to work 15+ hours per week across several days, and licensing in at least five states with DEA where applicable. All work is remote.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for 3+ of AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Able to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with advance scheduling.
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Familiar with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; DEA registration where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care including assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications (no C- substances except buprenorphine for OUD where allowed).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay updated with telehealth innovations and best practices.
