Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across multiple states. Physicians set their own visit schedules within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere, with compensation per completed consult.

This independent contractor role supports addiction treatment and other telehealth services, requiring active multi-state licensure and DEA registration; no office overhead, and onboarding assistance.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain more licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours weekly across multiple days.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide proper use; no C-Sub substances except buprenorphine for OUD.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovation and best practices.
