Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. Physicians work from anywhere with a flexible weekly framework and no traditional office overhead, supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support team.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099) — $105/hour for a standard 20-minute visit, rising to $210/hour for shorter visits. Top earners reach $260K+ annually. This role requires 15–20 hours weekly and licensure in at least five states.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
