Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care nationwide. Physicians set their own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere, supported by EMR and a dedicated provider-support team.

This independent contractor role pays $35 per completed consult (1099) with $105/hour at a 20-minute visit length, rising to $210/hour for shorter visits; top earners exceed $260K annually. Requires active licenses in five U.S. states.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preferred three or more of AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days
• DEA registration and CSL as required
• Commitment to expanding access to care in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care including patient assessments and treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and guide appropriate use (buprenorphine for OUD where applicable)
• Collaborate with a care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay updated with telehealth innovations and best practices
