Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five states with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care including patient assessments and history review.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor–patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide proper use; no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
