Physicians set their own schedules within a weekly framework, earning per‑visit compensation while avoiding traditional office overhead. The role emphasizes access to care in underserved communities and a flexible, physician‑driven practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in the United States with active license(s).
• Experience with telehealth or high-volume patient care.
• Willingness to work at least 15 hours per week across four days.
• DEA registration and CSL as required.
• Commitment to expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessment and history review.
• Prescribe medications within scope; avoid controlled substances except buprenorphine where applicable.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
