Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual care team.

You’ll provide high-quality telemedicine consultations, perform patient assessments, review histories, and guide treatment within a flexible weekly schedule. Work as an independent contractor, earning per-visit compensation with no billing or office overhead, supported by credentialing help and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (with willingness to obtain more; QuickMD covers costs)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, schedules submitted a week in advance
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and guide proper use (buprenorphine for MOUD allowed; other controlled substances not prescribed)
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
