Compensation is per consult ($35) with additional hourly equivalents ($105/hour for a standard 20-minute visit, rising to $210/hour with shorter visit times). Top performers earn $260K+ annually; 15–20 hours weekly is ideal.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days
• Strong communication skills and clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required
• Interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver compassionate patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed
• Prescribe medications and guide proper use (buprenorphine for MOUD allowed)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and support staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
