Job summary

Wheel Medical Group is seeking aBoard-certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to provide weight management telehealth care. You’ll review patient information, conduct telemedicine visits, and document care plans remotely.

The role supports GLP-1 therapies and Metformin/Contrave, with opportunities to expand into other programs across the network. You must have MA license with CSR and be able to work at least 20 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling in your time zone.

Qualifications

• Board-certified family or adult NP licensed in MA.
• Experience with weight management and GLP-1 telehealth preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct telehealth evaluations and prescribe where allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality asynchronous and synchronous virtual care.
• Review intake data, medical history, meds, and allergies.
• Perform telemedicine exams and document SOAP notes.
• Prescribe medications appropriately for eligible patients.
• Coordinate with clinical operations for onboarding and updates.
