Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, offers fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own schedule within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere with minimal administrative overhead.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) with $105/hour at a standard 20-minute visit and up to $210/hour for shorter visits. Top earners reach $260K+ annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no CII prescriptions except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
