Fire Plus specializes in fire door inspection and repair services across all 50 states, with a focus on serving hospitals and surgery centers. We're growing fast and looking for a dynamic Cold Calling Specialist to help drive awareness of our company and set up leads for our senior sales reps.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an energetic and self-motivated Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to introduce them to Fire Plus’ services and schedule meetings for our senior sales reps. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to businesses in our target market.
  2. Create awareness of Fire Plus’ fire door inspection and repair services.
  3. Qualify leads and set up appointments for senior sales representatives.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  5. Meet or exceed weekly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be located within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex (this is a remote position, but proximity to the area is required).
  2. Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Goal-oriented, with a self-starter attitude.
  5. Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
