Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality behavioral health care to individuals, couples, and families. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit, plus payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Providers can credential quickly and access consistent client referrals while Rula handles billing and admin

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services via telehealth to clients in Washington.
• Manage sessions within available schedule autonomy.
• Complete notes and client documentation as required.
