Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. This is a 1099 contractor role offering telehealth sessions, schedule autonomy, and direct client referrals. You’ll focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health care while Rula handles billing, EHR, and claim management.

Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC with a Washington license and an active NPI, and be able to provide telehealth. In-person sessions offer a $20 pay increase per session when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth behavioral health sessions with clients.
• Complete notes and documentation for sessions.
• Rula covers billing, claims, EHR, and support tasks.
