Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs, LICSWs, or LMFTs to join as 1099 contractors offering telehealth sessions and flexible scheduling. Providers set their own hours, control caseloads, and receive biweekly payments with payment protection for no-shows and denied claims.

Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support while you focus on client care. This is a remote opportunity with WA licensing required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions with clients as a licensed clinician.
• Maintain timely, accurate session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with Rula to ensure smooth billing, claims processing and EHR use.
• Adhere to credentialing, compliance, and professional standards.
