All Points North Telehealth offers a full-time Telehealth Therapist role that functions completely remotely. You will support patient care through assessment, goal setting, and intervention within a structured telehealth workflow, upholding confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

The position emphasizes collaborative care, ongoing clinical documentation, and participation in telehealth groups and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience delivering behavioral health treatment.
• Experience providing telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to individuals and families via telehealth.
• Conduct psychosocial evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Maintain up-to-date progress notes in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinical and case management teams for aftercare planning.
• Attend ongoing trainings and case staffings as required.
