Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to provide behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments and claim protections. Remote work is allowed from WA, US, with potential in-person premiums for some sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions for clients.
• Manage sessions independently with schedule autonomy.
• Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and administrative tasks.
