Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, delivering telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows or denied claims. New providers receive fast credentialing and ongoing support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
