Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians to deliver high-quality care through a fully remote model with flexible hours. Providers operate as 1099 contractors in Washington and across the US, with session-based compensation and scheduling autonomy.

Clinicians earn $80 per 53-minute session, receive biweekly direct deposit, and benefit from insurance enrollment support, a steady referral stream, and comprehensive administrative help covering billing, claims, and EHR

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC/LICSW/LMFT (per state requirements).
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Maintain session notes in the EHR and complete required documentation.
• Coordinate with admin for scheduling, referrals, and billing support.
