Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington, inviting LMHC, LMFT, and LICSW professionals to join as independent contractors and deliver high-quality telehealth care.

You control your schedule, see your own clients, and benefit from Rula's administrative support, billing assistance, and guaranteed biweekly payments. Sessions are paid at $80 per hourly (53-minute) slot, with no minimum caseload and scheduling autonomy.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMHC, LMFT or LICSW in Washington.
• Valid NPI required.
• Licensed to provide telehealth in WA.
• Independent contractor status (1099).

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in WA.
• Complete notes and documentation in EHR after sessions.
• Manage own scheduling and client referrals with support from Rula.
