Rula is expanding its network of Washington-licensed clinicians for telehealth delivery. Providers work as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles billing, EHR, and claims support.

LMHCs earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and no-show protections, and will access rapid credentialing, dedicated support, and a thriving therapist community.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth sessions with clients.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with the admin team; no billing or claims handling.
• Maintain professional licensure and ongoing credentialing.
