Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. This role offers 1099 contractor status with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Providers decide their own hours and see clients remotely or in person with a potential $20 per in-person session pay boost.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW license in Washington state.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.
