Job summary

Rula is expanding its behavioral health network in Washington. We hire 1099 LMHCs with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, delivering sessions via telehealth to individuals and families.

You’ll receive $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. Join a supportive team that handles insurance billing, patient referrals, and admin tasks while you focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI on file.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct LMHC sessions with clients via telehealth.
• Maintain session notes and complete required EHR documentation.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate with billing team as needed.
