Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed behavioral health clinicians. Providers work as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and telehealth availability. Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute session, with biweekly direct deposit and no-shows/late cancellations protection.

Minimum qualifications include WA-licensed LMHC/LMFT/LICSW, valid NPI, and ability to provide telehealth. In this role you control your caseload and calendar while Rula handles billing and admin.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC therapy sessions via telehealth in Washington.
• Complete client notes and documentation for each session.
• Maintain active licensure and credentialing with Rula.
• Collaborate with the Rula team to ensure seamless referrals and scheduling.
