Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. Join as a 1099 contractor and provide telehealth sessions with flexible scheduling. You decide how many clients to see and when, while Rula handles billing, claims, and admin tasks.

Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC with WA licensure and an active NPI; remote work is supported, and in-person bonuses apply for onsite sessions. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with biweekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC license and WA licensure.
• Must have NPI and ability to provide telehealth.
• Contractor 1099; schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC/LMFT/LICSW services via telehealth (WA licensed).
• Maintain session notes and documentation in EHR.
• Coordinate with Rula on referrals and scheduling.
• Adhere to insurance and billing processes handled by Rula.
