Rula handles billing, claims, and the EHR while you provide sessions and notes. You must be licensed in WA, provide telehealth, hold a valid NPI, and work as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain session notes in the EHR and ensure documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with Rula for insurance enrollment, billing, and claims handling.
