Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and offers 1099 contractor roles with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Clinicians deliver care to individuals, couples, and families, while Rula handles insurance, billing, and admin tasks.

This role supports telehealth and in-person sessions, with compensation at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and biweekly direct deposit. You control your calendar and client referrals are curated to fit your practice.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services as a licensed clinician within Rula's network.
• Deliver telehealth sessions and in-person sessions where available.
• Manage notes, scheduling, and client communications per network standards.
