Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to deliver behavioral health services. Providers will be 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, focusing on client care while Rula handles marketing and admin tasks.

Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute hourly session, biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Remote work is available, with quarterly credentialing support and a growing therapist community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Must have a valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
