Rula in Washington is expanding its network of licensed clinicians. We offer 1099 contractor positions with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads, focusing on delivering high-quality behavioral health care to clients.

Providers receive $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. In-person sessions come with a $20 per session uplift when applicable, plus administrative support for billing and claims.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
