Job summary

Rula is building a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality behavioral health care to clients. Providers are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles admin, billing and claims processing.

In return, clinicians receive dedicated support, real-time referral flow, and a commitment to clinical excellence, including CEU access and case consultation. Washington-licensed clinicians can join and work remotely with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington; telehealth capable.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions and document notes in the EHR.
• Handle sessions, notes, and telemedicine billing processes.
• Coordinate credentialing and enrollment with insurance partners.
