• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• Active RN license; multi-state licensure if applicable.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Maintains BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone triage and health education for patients of all ages.
• Use established protocols to assess symptoms and provide recommendations.
• Refer patients to physicians and specialty services as needed.
• Perform systematic assessments of physiological, psychological, and cognitive status.
• Document health information and ensure legal compliance.
• Offer resource referrals and educate patients professionally.
• Manage crisis situations with effective communication and protocol adherence.
