This full-time remote role requires an active multi-state RN license and 3+ years of direct patient care, plus bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with direct patient care experience.
• Multi-State (compact) RN license required in one of the listed states (US).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments and health education.
• Communicate with clients via phone, video, chat and other channels.
• Document all patient interactions and monitor performance with metrics.
