Job summary

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to deliver virtual weight management counseling for a cardio-metabolic focused practice. The role is 100% remote with a flexible schedule and guarantees 20, 25, or 30 hours per week, paid training, and equipment provided.

Ideal candidates hold an RD credential, are licensed where required, and bring 2+ years in outpatient/weight management settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Active state licensure/certification where mandated.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• 2+ years in outpatient or weight management settings preferred.
• Comfort with technology, EMR/EHR, and HIPAA compliance in a home setting.
• CDCES certification preferred.
• Evenings and Saturdays availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional therapy and weight management coaching across a multichannel digital platform (video, voice, chat).
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess needs and create personalized behavior change plans.
• Provide medication management support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision.
• Support dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications within established protocols.
• Use motivational interviewing and therapeutic alliance to achieve health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records in a timely manner using EHR systems.
