Job summary

CareTalk Health is a fully remote, nationwide telemedicine practice seeking Board-Certified physicians (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive virtual care. You will conduct wellness visits and manage chronic conditions via phone or video, with scheduling, nursing support, technology, and training provided so you can focus on the patient.

We require MD or DO, active multi-state licenses, Medicare participation, and experience in preventive/primary care.

Qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO holder.
• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states.
• Medicare participating physician or willingness to become one.
• Experience in preventive and/or primary care.
• Virtual/telehealth clinic experience with phone or video visits.
• EHR fluency and strong documentation.
• Strong patient communication and digital navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M follow-up visits by phone or video.
• Manage chronic conditions, review medications, and prescribe where appropriate.
• Write orders for indicated screenings and review results of care initiated.
• Close care gaps and build rapport with Medicare patients.
• Document every encounter in SOAP format.
