Job summary

QuickMD offers fully virtual physician roles with flexible scheduling. Physicians are independent contractors earning per-visit compensation, including $35 per consult and an effective hourly rate up to $210 with shorter visit times.

The company covers malpractice and provides credentialing support, enabling clinicians to practice high-quality telemedicine across multiple states. Physicians must be licensed in at least five states and commit to 15+ hours weekly across four days.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preferred three or more: AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX)
• Telehealth or high-volume practice experience
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs)
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with schedules submitted one week in advance
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no CS except buprenorphine for MOUD)
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
