Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own schedule and work from anywhere as independent contractors. Compensation includes $35 per completed consult and $105/hour for standard 20-minute visits, with higher rates for shorter visit times.

Top performers earn $260K+ annually. The role requires active medical licenses in at least five states, telehealth or high-volume practice experience, and a commitment to delivering

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
