One Medical is seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Team PA to provide world-class virtual primary care. You will conduct telehealth visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and team huddles.

Active NCCPA certification and MSPAS are required, with state licenses CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO and weekday/weekend availability. You will join a mission-driven team delivering 24/7 virtual care and collaborating across virtual and in-office colleagues to ensure

Competenze

• Master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and an active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, PA experience: 2 years in outpatient primary care for all ages, or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine for all ages.
• Licensed in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Shifts cover 12p–11p PST, 7a–6p PST, 6a–5p PST
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
