Qualifications

• Active NP license in Oregon required.
• Board certification as NP preferred.
• Experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Telehealth or similar.
• Ability to assess patients and make clinical decisions in virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits and provide clinical care remotely.
• Support members with accessible, high-quality care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to optimize workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure member engagement and satisfaction.
